Fallout 3 will always be my favourite coz it was my first Fallout and Bethesda game 😍 Seeing Megaton for the first time was amazing….i still get lost running around there 🙈

I feel like that 'first' BGS game is always the best. Fallout 3 and Oblivion are both up there for me.

I like what a different KZbinr highlighted about this game: the environmental storytelling being the strongest of any Fallout game, not the actual written text being the strongest. For me, discovering that doctor or whoever she was, gone mad using a ripper to carve all her patients into hamburger meat. The points of interest, all have a unique story to tell. Even the ones without npc's telling you in a dumbed down way what happened. The interesting stories told through the environment, were sadly missed in Fallout 4's mostly bland and predictable world. I think keeping games like this smaller is clearly the way to go.

7:42 I never finish that quest because I always keep The Naughty Nightwear. Naughty Nightwear is my favorite clothes & I wear it with The Party Hat.

I would argue that the radio is such a big thing in Fallout because of Fallout 3, despite the series already having a very defined musical identity. Also want to add that I liked the original ending on the main quest better than with Broken Steel, fits very nicely thematically, although yeah, I wanted to keep playing too. Very cool review, this games deserves more love than it is given.

Fallout 3 is my favorite Fallout game. So far I haven’t had any issues on the Steam version. I remember on the Xbox 360 I always had to save a lot because the game would freeze. I even had a lightning glitch issue on my way to the purity building. I’m so glad Fallout 3 runs better on my PC than it has ever run on my 360. It only freezes when I use console commands as a 1 year old to get all my attributes to 10.

Fallout 3 was/is amazing, but my heart belongs to Fallout: New Vegas (as a native born and raised, it was so cool to see my area brought to life in a game)!

Finna play vegas next...finishing the dlc of 3...first time playing the series and I'm really enjoying it...doing it on pc so I can do the mods
