Excellent answer Matt! Thank you. And perhaps another question for the future could be: why is it that today people choose to train more for appearances and aesthetics when in the past people used to train only for performance (being stronger, more resistant, agile, etc.)?

Simple: most work is no longer physical, there is far more automation, and there are far more tools/machines to assist with physical tasks
