When you talk about cash and debt, what do you include from the balace sheet? Is it only Cash & Equivalents and Total Debt?

Can be a matter of opinion, but I include long and short-term investments. For debt, long-term -- which includes convertible senior notes, for me

Isn't much of the longer term cohort data framed with positive bias since we are just selecting from those who have stuck around long enough, and why would they unless things were working out for them, to get numbers such such revenues return from marketing or platform spends?

Hi Brian, hope you're well. With companies like Fiverr, Upwork or Airtasker (down under in Australia, where I live) people/professionals get their leads and "get lost". I wonder how these market place type companies incentivise customers to stay on their platforms to do repeat business. I just can't get past this mental hurdle and invest in any of them. That's a risk! I know that Fiverr has tools in place that prevent that, but it's a permeant risk to watch!

FYI - Fiverr has the third highest score for Brian Feroldi's checklist out of every single company he has assessed! Isn't that incredible for a company with only ~$8.5Bn market cap?! I actually use Fiverr myself which led me to invest in it initially. I am excited to see how this company plays out over time.
