I used Flair in the past and I'd fly again with them, prices are reasonable and so far never had an issue with my flights. Service is better than the offered by other Canadian airlines and this is why I started flying with Flair.

SO BAD. I've flown three times and have been held up 21 hours so far. Currently waiting to get compensated (again) for losing so much time for their late flights. I hate this airline

Only 20 Aircraft, doesn't leave much room for error...remember, 10 were repossessed...I'm sure their time will be limited...

They cancelled my return ticket from PVR for no reason. I had to buy another one the day before. Luckily my canceled seat was open to buy again. Spent hours on Facebook chat to get a refund.

Yes, they are horrid. I booked two flights by accident because the third party site gave me an error for the first one but then went through anyways. I called and they just say "nothing we can do" it was ten fucking minutes later!!!

They gouged me $75 at the Halifax check in counter for a small laptop case. Disgusting. Very bad customer service experience.

$150 cost to check one suitcase, $116 for 1 carry-on bag. No complimentary water on a 6 hour flight. Seats don’t recline. Four hours to retrieve our bags after landing in Cancun. 3 - one hour delays before leaving Cancun. Yeah they’re wonderful!

I mean when everything works, it's okay... but from what you said, I think you're completely missing the point of a "Ultra Low Cost/No Frills Carrier". Maybe you'd be better suited to taking a legacy carrier like AC, Westjet, Sunwing, etc. Next time you plan on making a trip to Mexico.

I live in the U. S. and Flair appears to be the Canadian equivalent to Frontier and Spirit Airlines. I long for the golden age of aviation when we had a variety of airlines to choose from. I remember how Canada once had CP air, Eastern Provincial, Nordair Canadian, Pacific Western, Quebec Air and Wardair. I think over time, they all absorbed into Air Canada. Monopolies and a lack of competition is bad for the customer.

@@nonrevmax I think it's you missing the point. It's not really " discount " if the cost of checking baggage runs the total up to a regular flight cost of air canada or west jet is it? And by the way, I definitely will be flying our regular airlines rather than Flair from now on. Why subject myself to this abuse and end up paying the same as a full fare on an airline that doesn't make me pull out my credit card for a cup of water or lean my seat back bit? 🙃

The worse airline in Canada . So many unexpected charges made the trip so expensive at the end of the day . I recently travel to USA and I made a big mistake booking the flight with this poor services “ company Unbelievable that this airline is allow to operate in Canada . Customer service is useless at Pearson international airport .

I flew with them from SFO and they're on par with other low budget airlines. The haters are all inbreds that think they'll win the luggage game with Flair. Inflight the dumb passengers were the problem not the airline.

Exactly this. Just got off a great return flight with flair, they're very upfront about what you get, and what extra costs will be. Ppl are just dumb and don't actually read anything

This arline is terrible and I do not recommend it at all. The crew are very rude and their treatment is cheap, inhumane and they all expose negative energy . It is as if we were riding on a bus. To be honest, if they gave me a free ticket, I would not board this, which unfortunately they call an airline.
