Thank you soooo much. I have been praying to know what i can do to not hurt any more. I went though 4 years of abuse at uni and i got permanently injured at work becouse someone was careless with the equipment. I have forgiven all but i could not stop hurting to getting panic attacks but meerly thinking about them. You where an answered prayer as i am workung though the pain for the past 6 years. Thanks for the method i will try it. God bless u i love your videos i try to watch them all. As a teacher permit me to say well done and please kerp it up :D

The story of the women and the murder of her son and her capacity for forgiveness touched me deeply, I felt compassion for some people I hadn’t thought about in years and realized I never worked through the process of forgiveness. How much healthier we will be when we are able to process our emotions and work through them as your video teaches. I absolutely love your kind and quirky personality. I actually laugh watching your expressions and find you so endearing how, for me, makes you even more personable although I’ve never met you.
