Great. Very inspiring video. I have been told many times that it is impossible for an IMG to match into surgical specialties in the US. I am a trainee surgeon in my home country who is dreaming of training in the US. Obviously publications in high impact journals are very valuable. Research experience is important but if you have researched for say 1 year then it is expected you will publish
