Bas tehzeeb he seekhyay un sey. Deen kay muamilaat may un sey ihtiyaat karein. Ghamdi is a severely misguided scholar. The only question is whether he intentionally misguides or actually believes what he preaches. He is a Hadeeth denier and selectively chooses ahadeeth which support his (mis)interpretations. In other cases he denies them. As just one example, he says taking interest is haram but giving interest is perfectly ok - please research and you’ll find several topics where he is at odds with mainstream Islam.

I had stopped watching this series because of the badtammezy of these two fellows. This is a true reflection of the degraded and intolerant religious culture of our society. Totally devoid of adab or tehzeeb. Two spring chickens crowing at an intellectual giant. As for the maulvi sahib, one can only pity his condition. An example of what happens when you start thinking too much of yourself and abandon the path of humility.
