Hamare ghar me asia nhi hota ki spcly ek bande ke liye alag khana bne.. i think kisi ke ghr me nhi hota . Spcly in small families 1 baar sabji banti hai subah that's it. The problem here is how to figure out how much protein or other nutrients I'm taking in with that particular meal . And acc. To my researches there is lots and lots of carbs in our regular meals ( aj ka hi ex. Lelo aj bhindi bni h😂)
