Kind of a stretch but experimentation on Ghidorah's brain likely triggered Godzilla sensing he's still alive, hense why he's destroying Apex facilities. Maybe pieces of Ghidorah's brain are at all these locations. Godzilla is probably completely unaware of Mechagodzilla. All he's sensing is Ghidorah. And there was probably a piece of Ghidorah's brain on one of the ships and Kong just happened to be there. Bad timing really for Kong. Far off stretch I know.

There’s some problems with Boston. Such as the skyscrapers being in different locations like One Boston Place is for some reason in uptown during Ghidorah’s charge scene. But then it appears back in downtown, then comes another problem is that San Francisco buildings appear in the city as well like the most noticeable one is 555 California Street. Yea over all those are some of the problems with Boston but I’m still glad it’s in a Godzilla movie and that I’m 3 hours away from the city

Personally for me "the rule of cool" always applies to kaiju size, and scaling. In my opinion when talking about giant kaiju size really does matter. Call me shallow, but I think the aesthetics of a kaiju plays a bigger part in their appeal than their character especially their size. The bigger it is the better it is. It's a kaiju, it just needs to look cool, and do cool things. Character development is just a nice bonus that makes them even more likeable.

Godzilla’s size was always inconsistent even in the old movies. His size always switched and varied depending on the direction and scene of the movie. I see no problem with it. It’s something I noticed but I choose not to let it bother me. Godzilla likes to bulk up size and cut back on his diet from time to time. He has been hitting the gym hard. Lol

So i’m the fan sticking with the “Kong and Zilla will team to fight MechaGodzilla” theory. the Godzilla we’re seeing might not be the real one, some parts are the real one, the others are not. Mecha Godzilla is the same height as Kong, while the real Godzilla towers over the two, not by a lot, but just enough.

The whole notion of Kong being a baby on skull island never made any sense at all. If he was a baby and the big skull crawler was just about his size (as a “baby”)...then how did the skull crawlers decimate all the other full size Kongs??.. If a Kong is now fully grown, then a skull crawler would be the size of a chihuahua comparatively speaking, to a fully grown Kong. Now how would something so small wipe out an entire species save for one??? Also if this is a fully grown Kong, then Kong on skull island age, would really be an embryo... the “hes still growing” theory NEVER made any sense to me

Kong was a teenager. And kong is some kind of special case, because his parents were 150-200 feet. And we see a hand print of another kong's species who was the same size as kong.

a) I mean as others have mentioned he was a teenager and still had plenty of room to grow. b) given that he no longer needed to compete with others of his species and skull crawlers for food he has the ability to grow larger c) we actually dont know if the "big" skull crawler was actually the largest they get to or how many of them there actually were in the past. its very possible that they actually regularly grew to that size but constant fighting with kongs species resulted in the majority of the older animals in each population dieing out with the big one in the movie being the largest one remaining and thus taking a dominant role. d) its said that the big one doesnt emerge regularly which means that the small ones may actually do the majority of the hunting and bring back food to the nest. with kong hunting them when he sees them its possible he has incidentally starved the crawlers as a species preventing the development of more big ones

Humanity basically is doing what lex luthor did to Batman and Superman Instigate a fight. Just look at the time between godzilla and KOTM and ask Did he do any of the things he is doing now in between those to movies. Whatever is happening it's connected to the hollow earth

Thats the scaling from the sh gvk figures thats are releasing and the kong figure is slightly smaller than the gorilla figure and the site said that the sizes are suppose to me movie accuate someone manged to calculate kong size for the toy and they got kong height to be 355ft tall

😁THANK YOU for addressing this DANGERVILLE.. Honest truth is most people don't know what these measurements actually look like in person..Aircraft carriers in real life are HUGE and Especially using that Golden Gate Bridge measurement..The GGB on the ground next to MVGodzilla would be roughly 300 ft taller than Godzilla but in the scene he looks the same size as it while standing in water.. Now EARTH GODZILLA standing in the water could accurately be make the size comparison because he is around 1,200 ft tall... I like that the God of Skull Island KONG has increased in size, it's awesome and there's nothing wrong with him being BIGGER.... You mentioned that they probably just made the aircraft carrier "Likely many times larger than a traditional aircraft carrier". It is a fictional ship but it's not actually bigger than the other carriers the US uses. The carrier in Godzilla was based on America's Nimitz class carriers, which are 1,092 feet long. If it gives any sense of scale, the small white things lining the ship at 4:20 are people.
