I disagree because he's not doing anything fancy like Kung Fu wing Chun Tai quando or any other fighting style he's just boxing like a WWE fighter i think Naruto's better at martial arts than Goku because we see him use different fighting styles boxing against ishiki and for half the series but then he also does kenjutsu against Sasuke and wing chun against momoshiki.

Don't just go off what it looks like. The writers intened fights to be cool and flashy, not for them to be packed identifying styles in the middle of fights like Baki. The statements clearly state that Goku is an expert martial artist. Even then, Goku has still displayed moves like submissions and throws. Also you forgot about ultra instinct, which elevates his combat beyond tenfold.
