Grayson does nothing well except shoot threes. When he isn’t making shots, he’s giving up too many easy baskets. He gets blown by faster guards and if he’s defending a bigger guard, he gets cooked in the post. The scoring balances that but when he isn’t. There’s not much of a reason outside of space that keeps him on the floor.

These comments are crazy, Grayson absolutely holds his own on defense against bigger players, just watch the 4 plays before he went out last game. Also he is still shooting 37% from 3 way above league average but everyone is saying he is shooting horrible 😂, 2 less points in 10 less minutes this season. Pretty good. Our defense is horrible because yes Tyus is horrible on defense and can't switch on defense

I feel like by changing the lineup constantly doesn't create a solid floor. I think when the big 3 are on the floor together, all ball to 3. Move maybe Beal to bench ?? I mean for a movement on the floor? Who is the relief when a booker or KD needs it? Gotta have both right, its bench too..

Grayson doesn't play defense at all and isn't very good at anything else other than driving to the basket and turning the ball over or missing an awkward looking layup attempt. If all he's good at is making 3s and his % is down I dont see why he'd be untouchable. Unload him now while you can, I mean you already have another guy who can shoot 3s and sucks at defense in Damien Lee anyway.

Grayson is the biggest liability this season. He comes into every game giving up wide open shots all the time. I would rather see JO out there providing hustle and energy while crashing boards for rebounds and put backs instead of just stand around on offense and get scored on by everyone Allen.

@ I heard that Tyus came here with the starting job promised. He is the biggest liability on defense and teams can attack him anytime they want to. The only to fix it is to pair him with a center like Oso who is quick enough to go help him instead of Nurkic who is slow and just watches as they back down Tyus all the way to the paint with no resistance and help.

@@generc.d.2922 we have no choice currently. Oso and Dunn bring more energy and heart than Nurkic and Allen. What we need the most is their defense more than anything. Nurkic and Allen are bigger liabilities and too slow to stay with shifty players as everyone is so better skilled than them. Nurkic is not even dominating on rebounding so it’s pointless to have him out there
