That pissed the media off because “you’re supposed to go through them and their filters.” Pissed the establishment off because he was just doing what he thought he needed to do rather than fully acquiescing to them. With Tom, he doesn’t have a label, sponsors or production crew. That pisses the industry off because to them, that’s just now how this is supposed to work. Lol If enough artists went independent, it would upend the industry and decentralize it. We’ll see if they attempt to collude with platforms like Spotify or iTunes to put a stop to it. We feared that was happening when “Fake Woke” disappeared from those platforms, but it turned out to be an error on Tom’s part. It’s back up, thankfully.

Yes. He is real. I'm an older person. I didn't really listen to hip hop or rap that much. I saw one of Tom's videos on a random youtube pick list. I listened to ONE song... and got hooked.
