i really feel like you weren't playing around your turrets appropriately for most of this match, especially in that lane phase with the Neeko. You kept placing your turrets haphazardly and everytime the neeko was clearly going to just auto them you didnt punish her for doing so. she became so predictable yet you didnt take those moments to actually stun her or just simply AA her. A dinger without his turrets really isnt threatening and you severely handicapped yourself
