Is Hrithik Roshan Playing It TOO SAFE?

A long comment: Nice video!! In reference to his interview with bharadwaj ranjan hrithik actually is an interesting star. He does play safe tbh the thing is he is kind of a person who doesn't like stardom yet had to live with it and that reflects in his films. For example srk has openly admitted how he Just chooses to be star when asked if he will ever do movies like swadesh again, hence he has clarity of what he wants to be which reflects in his film choices. Meanwhile hrithik is still stuck he wants to be a character actor very badly but also is afraid he will lose all the stardom he has and hence his confusion is reflective in his film choices too which are always hit and miss. He is an example in my opinion of a star suffering due to a bit of immature audience in India. We unfortunately don't support movies with quality but only massy or half baked dramas and only thing we care is box office numbers and assume blockbuster is equal to great movie. Indeed things are changing now but unfortunately it has already affected him and he is definitely afraid now to take risk bcs he doesn't want to lose the audience. A great example of how in India being great actor and being star can't go hand to hand much.

I think daniel day lewis also followed more of a same behaviour. Not comparing the two of them. But just sharing the commonality.

Because of health issues Hritik sir can't do so much work but he is very passionate and hardworking actor,whatever he take role to play try to immerse ourselves properly not like Akshay Kumar who even not get real mustache for iconic role..
