I was playing this and kept hearing about it being a project zomboid clone. So I dl and played PZ for the first time in 2024, I died within minutes but each successive time I got a little better. I now play PZ full time and have claimed the Gigamart in rosewood as my own

Why can't these games come to console. Is it because of the mods or because of the controls. I want to play this game and project zomboid on console. I really don't want purchase 7 days to die again.

7 Days was great but I agree it has taken too long and console gamers got shafted. I think people start these games on PC as the infrastructure is more manageable, but I have no doubt this will come to consoles when it's ready.

I’m playing project zomboid on my Xbox series x. You don’t need a keyboard either, I play it with my controller. (Mods work but can cause lag depending on how many) project russia and stuff don’t cause lag alone but when you enable over 30 mods it starts to lag.

Fonts and UI fonts size is too small. I almost can not see the names of things in crafting window. And this is only full HD 1080p. Imagine how it is on larger resolutions.

That is one thing about PC games I find so odd, like the devs have no awareness of other people actually having to play this game, shame.

I do believe its humanitzee as in humanity but with Z for zombies. Not humanites, like what would that even be for?

There wasn't any definitive indication in the game of how it was pronounced, so it's open to interpretation, which means we're both right. Thanks for watching.

@@PlayGames_PG It's true if the devs don't announce a "canon" pronunciation somehow, then it's fair game for various tongues, but "nitz" doesn't look very compatible with a "naitz" pronunciation, 'cause that should normally be written as "nitez," for example. So, human-itz or humanit-zee are stronger candidates for compatible pronunciations.

You may be right, but say it with me...Humanites. And then your suggestion....Humanitzeeeeeee. I guess the fact I had to say it several times in the review, I went for what rolled off the tongue easiest, as when I'm recording it's easy to get tied up in the words.

@PlayGames_PG hey look, I thought I'd go with the polite non normal internet way and say hey mate I think you're wrong and this is why. And honestly this is the last bit of energy I'm putting into this, but, it is literally a game about zombies. Hence the Z, which has caused the end of humanity, so the play on words is humanitZ. But if you don't accept that, fine mate you live your best life.

I dont understand why its so difficult to get a Project Zomboid clone with realistic graphics. Everything thats tried has failed.

I think realistic graphics in there sort of games can be more of an issue, a bit like No Rest for the Wicked causing PC players systems to melt down, I think perhaps a bit nicer graphics but in the end these games are made or broken on the gameplay.

@@PlayGames_PG and I can respect that performance issues can be tough to handle. But just give me something better than the current assets. It doesn't need to look like The Last of Us. But if PZ looked closer to The Last Stand: Afteemath, it would be incredible

You can sprint but it's not worth it unless you're in danger, like the zombie horde clip. It's still in the first year of it's early access so I'd say it's got about 2 more years of development to remedy most issues I saw.

@RpgAddict325 I don't remember hearing anything about the console release. But I would guess that as it nears version 1.0 it will come to Playstation and Xbox.
