While dealing with China in Tibet’s case in the 1950s, India displayed immaturity and lost a lot of ground. Now history is not there to dig up graves but to learn lessons and not to repeat the same mistakes. However, when it comes to the Bhutan-China border settlement, India seems to be if not completely outwitted then has many areas to catch up in.
