Sir, definitely E.D is using his excessive power in the influence of the incumbent govt.but if law is in that type which has been passed by parliament, E.D is bound to act according to law... Corruption should be abolished & need strong action against. what will be the result, it will see later

Its better that independent Institutions be repositioned under Supreme court which will help to be unbiased towards any party and all thieves will be caught and will serve its purpose.

@@ManojSingh-bg9ue so do you think it is good for any ruling party to misusing agencies and organization will be independent in its actions. Do you think how these agencies are acting now. These wil perform the best if they are monitored by some independent Institution which compels them to act unbiased towards every criminals and not selective actions. This will promote transparency. These Institutions should be under a statutory act and monitoring their actions should be only under Supreme court. They should not be controller by anyone but they should have accountability for their actions.

@@kartikeypandey1837 we have faith in our supreme court. And i believe it would be best if monitoring these agencies done it more and more corruption will come out as it happened in electoral bonds. Electoral bonds looks like a tail of massive hidden corruption. Why it was passed as money bill bypassing rajya sabha??. How these funds were spend by every parties??? Did these parties disclose these donations in their Income tax returns??. How companies with no profits donates what is the source??? Did companies disclose these donations in their financial statements?? Why were restrictions for donations existed in the previous laws were removed making way for shell companies to donate??? How companies facing probes donated parties?? Is there a link between donations and contracts?? All these should have been probed even by using suo moto but why there is no action even when some small amount is being probed for opposition?? These Institutions should function under a statutory act and only monitoring of their actions should be done by SC so that accountability is achieved and no biases even any new party comes to power. Else this keeps on happening and blame game goes on and thieves escape from justice

Low success rate in attachments of offender property by ED should not be interpreted as ED acting under the control of govt hence a failure..Especially when the head of the state in power is an alleged offender, it will be very daunting task for the ED t😢o collect the evidence .Also the evidence is likely to be tampered by the offender being very influential.

Police, ED, CBI use, and must use, only powers and procedures vested in them. If they exceed their powers or their code of conduct, you have the right to complain to the appropriate authority and/or take legal advice and action.
