I’ve had this on gamepass for a while, and I’m surprised I didn’t play the injustice games sooner, I love the story behind this Earth. The variants of these heroes are portrayed very well here, I really hope they make another injustice or dc fighting game based on the crisis of infinite earths event.

Honestly, for $12 bucks right now on Steam sale, it's easily worth a try, and can easily be added to your library without even trying. I myself am not a huge DC fan, but I did kinda like Injustice 1; the controls just felt a bit too rough for me. I already have this in my cart along with G Darius, which is also on sale finally. Win-win :)

Bro i agree i played on launch alot. Now its a sweat fest of who can shoot who at full screen, the combos and footsies of injustice 2 are so good but the general player base decides to shoot me with a plethra of projectiles rather than fight straight up and beat the opponent on good reads and 50/50s

I just wish that, with all the systems Netherealm has created for these games and Mortal Kombat, they would release a new ip were they would add even more elements, with weapons, class changes, some exploration among other things. Btw if you like these games you should probably try Granblue Fantasy Versus. It's an anime fighting game that has a mode called Rpg mode. It's pretty cool.

Oh definitely, netherealm seem pretty focused on mortal kombat from what I have seen since dc are being a pain in the ass with injustice 3 apparently so a new ip may be on the cards :D

Not at all. For fighting game newbs? Yes. For those familiar with fighting games absolutely not. No unlockable characters, no options to upgrade, 100 items for each character that you have to play for 20 hours to MAYBE unlock, and terrible combo fluidity on top of basic ass combo sets. Half assed game.

Yeah the customisation is great, but because it's locked behind garbage loot box gambling it sucks. Plus the stats on gear system. If this released with no gear stats, just optional cosmetic customisation and a item shop instead of loot boxes, it would be great.

The movement of the characters seems bad. How they move, they do a little crab shuffle, all of them are always bent kneed and shuffling, I want personality, how they could skip, hop, or menancly walk.
