An important point mentioned initially in the video that many Muslims tend to neglect and/or purposely avoid seeking objective truth while, at least from my observation, clinging to prejudiced beliefs that paints their own notion of Islam. There are multiple examples found in the expansive Islamic literature emphasizing sincerity and truth. The best example being, as mentioned by Mohammed Nizami, if you find a compelling argument that presents itself as an objective truth and inadvertently disregard it, then that is by definition ignorance. If we do not hold this same standard, how do we expect people from different faiths to convert?

But brother should we rationalise the useen also? (like how shaytans exist, how does jannah exist ect?)

Yes, where we can. Why not?

@@nizamiclips6367 but what about where we can not? For example how god is eternal? How does the infinity exist? What are jinns made of?, how can we rationalise this thing when we dont have more information and even if we come to a conclusion how can anyone prove it to me?

@@JustAnotherObserver5703 'How is God eternal' is rather intuitive if you understand the notion that creation could not have gone on forever since that would lead to the absurdity of infinite regress (search it up). If The Creator is not eternal that would mean there was a time He didn't exists which would strip Him of His essential Names and Attributes. This is kind of common sense and I'm not aware of any of the classical scholars such as ibn Taymiyyah or al-Ghazali who disagreed with such a fundamental premise. As for 'how does infinity exist' - its well known in philosophy that infinity does not exists in the real, material world but that Infinity exists as a *concept* e.g. numbers/maths. But nothing material can be said to be infinite. The Creator is not in the material world hence infinity can apply to Him. As for 'what are jinns made of' then there's a clear answer in the Qur'an that they're made from fire-like material but it is outside of human vision (just like many things that are outside of our scope of vision such as infrared and ultraviolet light). I could be wrong - God knows best.

Just because it's unseen doesn't mean we couldn't rationalise it. Atoms, wind, force, etc.

This is not true. The shafis position is that shaving the beard is haraam, and this is what was reported from imam al-shafi rh. Some shafi ulema said it is makrooh. Also, ibn hazm and ibn taymiyyah and others bought ijmaa shaving the beard is haraam.

Abu Maalik. Wrong. Differing exists within the madhab, some saying its a Sunnah, others saying its disliked.
