They (Jews) answered him, “Abraham is our father.” Jesus said to them, “If you were Abraham's children, you would be doing the works Abraham did, but now you seek to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. (Bible John 8;39-40) And when it is said to them (children of Israel), Believe in what Allah has revealed, they say: We believe in that which was revealed to us; and they deny what is besides that, while it is the truth verifying that which they have. Say to them: Why then did you kill Allah's Prophets before if you were indeed believers? (Qur'an 2;91) Conclusion; The most worthy of the holy land of Jerusalem is the real believers who accept all the prophets, and obey God. Muslims most fit this because they believe in all the previous Prophets and the final one Muhammed (peace and blessings be upon all of them). Yet they think it's ok when they do it. The main difference is that Israel was able to develop a complex, technologically advanced, and hugely expensive and difficult to maintain system (the iron dome) to help intercept a lot of the rockets Palestinians fire at them... And without that system, the Israelis would have been obliterated by now. And it sure doesn't help Palestinian civilians that Hamas purposely uses them like human shields by deliberately hiding beneath/inside/near hospitals, schools, mosques, homes, and residential areas... I mean, it does help their cause by making it very difficult for Israel to attack their enemies without hitting civilians, thereby helping to make them look bad to the world. I'm sure this is part of Hamas' strategy, and honestly it seems to be working pretty well so far.
