18:05 Very biased view on HDFC. Some data points to refer: 1. If you see HDFC price around 1 year back (25 Dec 2023) - It was at 1709, which means it has given 2% returns since then. 2. If you go 2 years back (Nov 2022) - It was at 1600-1650 levels, again 8% returns in 2 years 3. 3 years back (Oct-Nov 2021) - Again same 1600 levels, meaning 8-10% returns in 3 years. Boss, you have made much better money on Index compared to HDFC. Having conviction that HDFC should grow in future is good. My only problem is just showing last 1 year returns to show that it has grown by 17% is fooling the audience.

In US, capital gains is already above 20%. In india cg is 12.5% and govt can increase to 15%. China, japan and europe they are not doing good. If this is the case where FIIs can invest their money? Which other instruments can give more than 15% returns? Right now everything is overvalued. Even if FIIs pulling th😂eir money now they have to invest back in equity.

FII won't sell this much hard as if market give red alerts Retails will stop, leave or wait for bottom fishing So they wisely keep selling, matching DII . otherwise market will fall hard and they end up loosing their paper profit
