Hi sir. I have a question regarding this. So lets say I buy shares of any unlisted company, and once the IPO launches, then how do I transfer those shares from this platform to my main portfolio? Or does this platform gives you the option to link your account from before only? thanks

Soon Goa is going to come with laws which will prohibit a non resident from buying local properties. Be careful. These properties he talks of are already being sold at super inflated prices.

I am a senior citizen, I am closely observing a construction project through its total construction period. Almost all the associated jobs were available for people who are willing to work hard. There was shortage of labour, mestris, plumbers, electricians, tile layers, landscape people, AC technicians, welders, carpenters, civil engineers, supervisors, project managers etc. The new generation wants white collar jobs preferably in their towns, and be paid well without skills or experience and even if you hire them there is no loyalty as they will change jobs at the drop of a hat.

No doubts, financial advisors are extremely viable especially for newbies and near-retirees. Personally, I lack the depth knowledge to deal with the variable market conditions, thus my portfolio used to be up and down like a seesaw, however since I got in-touch with an advisor amid 2020 lockdown, I've maintained steady growth scaling from $800k to a bit more than $1.7m as of today.

Can't divulge much, I take guidance from a Pennsylvania-based advisor 'Karen Lynne Chess' and most likely, the internet is where to find her basic info, simply do your research.

Every crash/collapse brings with it an equivalent market chance if you are early informed and equipped, I've seen folks amass up to $1m amid economy crisis, and even pull it off easily in favorable conditions. Unequivocally, the collapse is getting somebody somewhere rich.

I do not disagree, there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such execution are usually carried out by investment experts with experience since the 08' crash.

The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but not equipped enough for a crash, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.
