Like others have said, it's a metal building which would be uninhabitable in the summer and unbearably cold in the winter. It could be used as a model design for a sustainably built tiny home.

WOW! My favorite that you've shown on here. Beautiful and bright. Good luck with the land. A lot of us are in the same boat. Restrictions holding us back, along with the upfront costs to get power, water and septic/sewer. Still, we can dream. LOL

Zoning rules are increasing because it's about collecting property taxes on big homes, vs almost no money for a little place like this. Regardless, this is a great little building - keep searching for land. But do note that metal & glass buildings can be a comfort challenge in cold/cooler climates without a good amount of insulation & weather proofing. Summer too, it may heat up tremendously.
