I haven't had the cup version, but I do love the cheese flavor. I usually have it with green onions and a runny yolks egg. I think buldak refers to the spicy chicken flavor, samyang is the noodle company.

Chef Roy Choi uses spicy Shin, a little pad of butter, two slices of american cheese, 1 egg, sesame seeds, and green onions. It's amazing
