you actually don't need another person to unfreeze the murloc for the burnout rune, just takes more time and need living flame.

You can solo burnout rune with 2-3 cast of living flame. Just rank 1 fireball, fire blast, and living flame. When living flame stops doing damage just wand until living flame comes back off cd.

i like arcane the most in sod, simply because its different. i have been playing mage for years and while frost and fire are both fun i decided to go for arcane in sod and im having a blast

True. You need help to get living bomb Regen and living flame at lvl 12 or you will suck big against mobs

I hated 1-25 and at 25 things aren't any better. Suck in pvp and dps in raids is mehh at best. My level 14 druid is stronger and more mana efficient than my 25 GEARED mage. Feelsbadman :( Not the phase to play mage on.

@@yaminotenshi1317 that sucks to hear, because even though i agree with you about mage having issues like a big one being MANA, I mained mage and you just need to now what tactics to play vs other classes. Mages can burst like mad and heal at the same time so.. I thnk you must be either really under geared or your playing mage wrong bro :( I 1 shot lvl 14 druids with one fireball into fireblast.

@@-Maiki I have yet to meet a mage in pvp that was able to take even 20% of my health. They are nothing other than a free kill and ez honor at the moment as they have zero defenses, almost zero damage output unless you're standing completely still like an absolute morron, and their healing is by far the worst out of all the healers in the game both in terms of output and mana efficiency. If you as a mage don't catch your opponent completely off guard and get a good opener, most of the time, you'll be at 30% hp before the fight even begins. I would not recommend anyone to play a mage in phase 1. You'll most likely not get invited to groups, and if you're into pvp you'll have to pug and afk at your graveyard vs premades for 1 mark every 15 min, for 130 honor every 45 min for mark turn ins as no one in their right mind would ever invite a mage to any half decent premade setup at the moment as no one wants to hardcarry a useless class.

i'm someone who considers themselves bad at video games, i roll with complete randoms every week and all you need to do is get everyone in a call together and make sure people arent griefing the raid and there should be no problem clearing. anyone who thinks gear is the issue is a trash raid lead and doesnt know the mechanics of the fight, you can clear bfd with randoms in statless gear, it's called a level up raid for a reason, they expect people to jump into this in the middle of questing to 60 to get gear to accelerate their leveling, people are just treating it like hard content because they're used to policing other players behavior to clear current content, this will be looked back on like gear checks for hogger @@BH-zo4nq

no it's not a player issue, it's a raid lead issue, you can carry the worst gold farmers in the world through this raid, you just need to give people directions in chat or discord so they dont wipe it to the simple mechanics. dont let abusive weirdos who're dogshit at raidleading scam you into thinking you need to look good for them, they're miserable people to raid with and they rely on crutches like consumes to not actually have to learn the mechanics of the fight @@Emilgod

Yes in a perfect world you could grab people with bare minimum gear but reality is that if the people put no effort in their gear or runes then they probably dont put in effort in their gameplay either , ive seen people missing vital runes doing 20-30 dps in bfd, carrying a couple of them is no problem but if raidlead decides to bring 4 of these bots into the raid its gonna be a very tough time

Oh and… tailoring is a dead prof this phase as the boots give wasted hit % because of bfd oil/bfd buff giving you hit cap Epic boots are a dps loss to wear
