This is very reminiscent of when China invaded the Tibeten Buddhist temples. The Buddhists insta tly forgave them and refused to fight. In the secret setting menu there's an option that allows you to see how many people are in each army, (it displays it next to the banner) It makes watching world box a whole lot better.

Alrighty Gorg here is my first idea for a video. Map is a big square, all land, but cut into a grid by mountains. Kingdoms get set in the smaller squares. You spin the wheel or find another way to figure out which walls randomly come down exposing kingdoms to each other.

Greed is selfish wanting and ambition is non-selfish but also wants to achieve their goals. There aren't many different. But content means that they are happy with what they have and doesn't strive for change, because they don't need to. (Sorry if my explanation is bad, I'm not really good at english)

Okay i have had this video idea for months so upvote it idc whatever 4 races on 4 giant islands with mountains stopping boats connected by a smaller island in the middle thats infernal or corrupted unsure what would be cooler but basically the only way anyone can attack each other is to go through the infernal/corrupted I think infernal with demon towers would make it more a challenge for the races but the trick is whoever takes out the middle and can attack others loses most of their army killing the demons thereby letting the most aggressive kingdom actually have a disadvantage which normally would be how a kingdom wins by being aggressive early. As someone who has played with rebellions on all ways I can only say that it’s a miracle greed didn’t implode, the main mechanic that decides if a rebellion is about to happen is the number of villages a country can control. Greed owned 30 while their max was 20 (which is a huge amount btw the average is around 10)

This gave me an idea to try something like this for myself. I had 2 populations divided by a mountain range. Equal resources and land area, but one population a single trait and the other had a different opposing trait. Winner got better resources. 1st round was wisdom vs ambition. Ambition had a rough start with many civil wars almost as soon as they could, and wisdom was mostly peaceful. Once their populations got to around 700 each I made them fight. Wisdom won and got adamantine as a reward. Wiped half the map and put the mountains back with a new population. This population had luck. Even with their superior weapons, the wisdom population lost pretty badly. Luck came out swinging and wisdom got decimated

Well, this is of course if you believe that such a thing as a Good vs Evil dichotomy exists. Not even cultural fictions really define a split that can easily put everything into either good or evil. Almost everything has a complex mix of what some people consider good and bad. You're also making it seem that a person's/people's beliefs are equal to their ambition and determination. You can be evil, yet not seek to triumph over a "Good". Further, you can be good and be willing to take risks and sacrifices that a person who is evil wouldn't make. Finally, if we do play into the idea that a capital Good exists, we really must question what it means. An obvious route to take is to look at religion, since most religions claim a divine and absolute stance on right and wrong. The Christian god is believed to be "All Good" yet does many acts pretty blatantly evil. Completely drowning the world, burning entire cities, damning the entire human race, and killing his son are a few examples. If this is our definition of Good, then your argument about what Good is doesn't work.
