Worth it yung Premium model. - Better leather interiors - 360camera - mas magandang headlights - iActivesense (MRCC) - Bigger engine - 18" wheels. - Sunroof (kung sedan ka) - Power Seats with Memory for 2 people - 12-speaker Bose sound system. sa price nya, wala akong makitang same full-packed features. sa ibang brands 2M minimum for those specs. I think pinakamalapit is yung Ford Territory which was made in CN(I do not know if this is an issue sayo) di ko lang sinabi yung i-Stop kasi tingin ko hindi sya beneficial. Unless stop and go ka talaga (unlike satin na low speed cruising sa traffic) yung 16K na battery is not worth it for the "fuel savings" na makukuha mo unlike sa Elite model na bibili ka ng motolite ok na. May solution sila like amaron green or something or any other deep-cycle battery na medyo mura pero this is just for using mazda propreitary batteries. I have the 1.5L and wala naman akong complaints except sa road quality. may mga pababa sa amin na talagang sumasayad yung harapan. Just be careful ka lang sa mga parking stoppers esp sa SM kasi medyo mataas yun. sa mga normal cars ok lang but sa M3 sumasayad sya.

@@alexsandergarcia9627 thanks for the pros and cons. Oo ayun nga din una Kong concern nang malaman ko kung Anu ung istop feature. I'm not really planning on using it. Balak ko I pa disable after warranty period. Sobrang tagal lng ng dating ng unit nmin. 2nd week pa mg june nag pa reserve wla prin. Sana by September daw madame dumating. As for value, it's true na napakalayo ng ka segment nya when it comes to tech features. We considered a Honda civic (current model in ph) first pero nag mukang basic car sya pag tinapay Kay M3. Pag nakuha nmin unit for sure puro road trip ang gagawin nmin :)

@@arnarn2791 parehas tayo ng iniisip dati. I also considered Honda Civic. Let's say RS turbo yan kasi yun yung halso kapresyo ni Premium, mas maporma lang si RS turbo (subjective pero ayoko kasi ng mukhang racecar) pero if you care about the tech inside, wala eh. naramdaman ko sa honda na stalled ang tech nila and not just honda but other manifacturers as well. ofcourse, honda makes really good engines and transmissions and let alone mas mura magpaayos due to its abundance. HOWEVER... kung aalagaan mo naman ang kotse mo and hindi mo ipanghaharabas diba? let's look at the maintenance cost. sa Mazda kasi walang PMS cost for 5 years sa Honda meron. it will also depend sa Model ng car and kung ano yung milyahe nya. When it comes to tech, nothing comes close (except ford territory) sa full features ni Mazda 3 Premium. If you value fuel economy like me, mag Hybrid ka nalang but... :D With regards naman sa i-Stop, that is something you will have to live with. may regenerative braking naman si Mazda na kagaya ng sa okavango and I think yung buhay ng battery mo will actually depend on how much are you driving your car sa traffic as hindi maganda ang airflow dun and also, mainit satin so init talaga kalaban ng mga battery kahit sa cellphones. nagtanong ako sa agent ko dati and sabi nya yung iStop batteries daw will last for~ 2 years. may mga forums na nagsasabi na pwede daw gumamit nung amaron green pero may risk yun na magkaron ng error codes-- unless magaling yung nagkabit. Sa mikstore naman na pinagbilhan ni sir Levi merong iStop disabler dun. Isa lang yung pinagsisihan ko-- Premium color pinili ko. Pogi sya, eleganteng tingnan, yes pero ang mahal ng pintura and tinitimpla sya. hindi ko lang alam sa mga classic colors like white if we get the same treatment. Maraming nagcocomplain sa Red color kasi nag chichipping daw. Idk if was just caused by temperature factors or what. Lastly, Premium din dapat bibilhin ko kaso nagkaubusan kasi last October 2020 :D

@@alexsandergarcia9627 for me the Civic RS is not a option, ayaw ko lng ng turbo charged. Mas mabilis ang Wear and tear sa engine and I don't want to deal with maintaining that after 10 years. So NA lng tlga ang kinonsider ko. And for the cost, tama it will basically cost 0 peso in maintenance cost for the first 5 years assuming na wla Kang Banga. Ung sa paint may nakita akong post na manipis daw tlga ang paint ni Mazda. Almost half daw ng thickness ng ibang brand kaya madali mag chip ang paint kaya kailangan ko ipa ceramic coating for paint longevity. We're also going for the soul red crystal. Initially wanted the polymetal grey pero nung nakita ko sa personal un red , Iba ung Ganda nya ehh.

I actually bought the 2018 Mazda 3 2.0 Sportback top of the line trim because of the power. 2nd hand na. But well maintained. Yes, mejo mataas consumption nya versus a regular 1.5 sedan but for me, worth it. The speed and the accelaration pa lang are reasons to get it.

Hello sir, I actually bought a mazda 3 elite also because of your videos. Actually at first it was not on my list. I chose between the civic and altis but when I saw your videos I was tempted to check out the mazda 3. Little do I know everything you’ve said in your past videos are on point the feel and the experience that this car can give you is really different. I test drove the civic and the altis. Don’t get me wrong they’re pretty good also but the mazda 3 just gives the perfect balance between being sporty and being luxurious that the two other options can’t give me. Yeah I look like i’m fanboying over mazda now 😂 i just can’t help but to appreciate the amount of work that they’ve put on to this vehicle.

to be totally honest, Mazda 3 1.5L elite variant is already a very good car compared to the offerings of mainstream brands here in PH.. some of the features that are standard in the elite are only available in top of the line variants of other brands..

Heads up display, leather seats, Rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlights, premium interior, 7 airbags, intuitive infotainment system with alot of configurations, 8-premium speakers, cruise control, electronic parking brake with auto hold, rear aircon vents, no CVT transmission, peppy engine, unique styling what more can you ask for for a base model :) It just shows that mazda is in a league of its own. Imagine getting the premium variant it smokes its competitors completely because of the added features that only european counterparts can offer.

@@dornierserctajon8094 at first I thought that notion about mazda being premium is gimmicky, but when I visited the showroom and sat on it, It really gave me a different feel. From the moment you sat on its seat and hold on to its steering wheel, it will give you already the impression of a premium car. Also the aura inside the cabin and the tactile feeling of each buttons inside just elevates more the experience. Funny thing is from the moment I stepped out of the display car I knew that this is the one for me 😂 I also test drove the 1.5 pretty lucky they have a 1.5 for a test drive since my budget is only upto that. Impressions on the 1.5? it is actually weird because it is different from the 1.5s I experienced before. The engine is pretty peppy and rev happy. It doesn’t give you an impression that it is slow, I really expected it to be slouchy but no. I guess the transmission plays a big role here. Anyway, my unit came after a week after I visited mazda 🙌🏻 and until now it still gives me therapeutic drives that no other car in the segment can offer

Its definitely because of the quality of the build. Try sitting inside a Mazda 3 and you will know what I mean. You can really feel the premium quality. It also has a character that appeals to your emotion.. you will always look back when you park it..In addition, its made in Japan so I am assured of a good quality.. For me, the design is superb

For me one of cons ng Premium is ung i-Stop na automatic namamatay ung engine sa stop and go, yes pwde mong idisable but ung battery na gamit is proprietary ng Mazda at pwde mo lang bilhin sa Casa, di pwdeng regular na battery lang or sa labas ka bibili and yearly sya pinapalitan at ang price ay 14k+ so Mazda3 Premium - Battery worth 14k every year Mazda3 Elite - Battery worth 6k-7k every 2 years so mas magastos tlga ang cost of ownership ng Premium bale sa 5 years mo gagastos ka ng additoonal 48k sa battery s premium kumpara sa 13k lang kay Elite 35,000 din un in 5 years

Maganda yung iStop kapag mahilig ka mag idling or super heavy traffic na sa mga gilid giliran ng EDSA. Sa low speed cruising naman, walang effect si iStop. Pandagdag lang ng gastos. :D

this was my dilemna back then.. isa lang masasabi ko, pumunta ka sa honda at sumakay ka sa loob ng civic, then right after pumunta ka ng mazda at sumakay ka sa loob ng mazda 3😉.. Get back to us on this comment section with an answer.. haha.. When i sat inside the mazda, nawala yung appeal ng civic rs sa akin eh.. Pinagpilian ko yung dalawa.. pero iba2 din kasi priority ng tao.. Civic Rs is very sporty(too sporty for me, medyo tito na ako eh) while Mazda 3 4th gen is a minimalist but very classy and elegant car..

Parang mas okay feel ko sa loob ni civic pag nakaupo sa driver side, back passenger naman si mazda.. sa controls upgraded si civic compared kay mazda. From 15.0-20.0 power to weight ratio, cars have good acceleration. From 10.0:15.0, fast and sporty. From 5.0:10.0, supercar performance. Below 5.0:1.0, HYPERCAR! Just divide weight to horsepower like - 3,000 pounds divided by 150 horsepower = 20.0:1.0
