Is it Comfortable? 2018 Corvette Grand Sport

I've had my 2017 Z06/07 since June 31, 2017, so a little over 6 months now, and I absolutely love it. I can't believe how practical it is with all the storage space in the cabin, and in the back. I've got a 2013 Gen V Viper GTS as well, and it is good, but not even in the same league as the Vette. I bought some knock off wheels (19" all around instead of 20" rears), studded 285/35/19 Nokian Hakkappilitta snow tires, stuck a couple pan heaters to it, and I'm driving it all year round up here in Canada, where it was -33C a couple days ago. It's absolutely brilliant. Totally planted on snow and ice, command start, heated seats, awesome heater........on and on........... You really don't need another car!! My STi has been sitting in the driveway all winter............ :( I've had the car out in conditions you wouldn't even dream a car like this could handle........um........yes it can....quite well actually. 'Murica FTW!!

Im 6'2 250+ lbs and i fit just fine in my '15 C7. Even on long trips it was comfortable and i can fit a full sized suitcase in the hatch with room to spare

I had 84 & 85 C4s. The tops were a big hassle to take on and off back then. These new Vetts are so much nicer all the way around. I drive my buddies 2017 two weeks ago in Orman Beach FL and what a fun drive. I will be getting one next...

My dad has a yellow grand sport. I'm 6.2ft and I barely fit in the car. I think 6.2 is the max height unless you take the top off :P I daily a 2017 Camaro SS Fifty Edition. A lot more comfortable lol. But there's nothing like the Corvette experience :)

I own a C6 Z06 fit perfectly. In the C7 my head is a inch from the headliner thats how bad it is im only 6 2. Two Cars salesman have told me i dont fit thats how cramped i look in it. 1 of the car salesman said he couldnt fit either. Ed Welburn is a midget so....

+Cole Thornton I got that, and then some. It was seen but ignored by those who would trigger a radar detector, and it would elicit many to roll down their windows at stop lights. It also got me from point a to point b much quicker than I was used to.

Instead of a simple, straightforward removal roof piece as we find on the vette, the 2017 Targa's ENTIRE top and upper rear portion of the car fold up like origama -which adds about 200 lbs of unnecesary weight and fortune to your repair bills when the silly thing breaks. Kudos to GM for using common sense.

+Mark Summers Funny enough, this removable top is standard. I see a lot of Corvettes in Dallas and Nome of them have their top off. I'm wondering if any of the drivers even know. It took me no time to see it, mostly because my mom had a 1982 Mazda RX7 when I was growing up.

There's not an exhaust "button" but putting it in sport/track mode is essentially the same function as it will keep the outer exhaust valves open and thus louder. Not to mention there is an option in the settings menu to keep the exhaust in that way (tour/sport) regardless of drive mode

I have a 2016 Zo6. It is very comfortable and running like a bat out of hell. I am 72 and have had 9 vettes over the years, so I have the ability to cmpare. C5s were great and got the vettes to be very nice. Had c6 grand sport that was even nicer. My current zo6 is just about perfect, Chevy has got it right,

It feels like a convertible. You don't get any wind trapped in the cabin area. It's much louder, which is a great consequence.

There is not enough headroom with a helmet on. If you’re gunna track a corvette and are 6’ or taller, buy the see through roof. It affords another 3/4” headroom

I have a 2019 corvette stingray and I’ve done a trip from Florida to Virginia now and I wouldn’t say it’s a comfortable ride. I love my vet , but brother it’s gonna make your butt sore. Theses cars are not made for comfort, they are made for speed. Just my personal observation.
