He said not to repay evil with evil-I don’t believe suing is evil. If you have a customer you did work for that didn’t pay, it’s okay to sue them to get what is owed. Your motive matters of course-but God is righteous and I am positive he’d have no problem if you sue a non Christian.

He did not answer the question. Personally I was sold a car by Muslims and the car broke down completely becoming a non-runner and unfixable after 5 weeks of driving it (no response at all from the dealer). When I got a guy at a garage to take a look he said it was a dodgy car and should not have been sold to me and that the dealers would have known about it if they had their own garage/mechanics which they did. I know that if I go down the route of a no win no fee court situation that I would most likely win and get back only the amount I paid for the car which is what I want. But I do not know if it is right to do so. Or if it be Gods will, will He recompense me in another way?...

Believer or nonbeliever we must show love to one another and be merciful. If we must be recompensed we should only receive what is due to us. Receiving more than what is due to us is taking vengeance upon one another. We do not take vengeance upon one another, vengeance belongs to the Lord our Father in Heaven. Roman 12:19. In this example, if you inform your brother about the house’s issue which he did not inform you about before the purchase, and he does not care to correct his mistake. Remind him of Ezekiel 3:18-20. Our Father will cause that money he received to become a plague towards his finances. He would be putting a spoiled fruit into his fruit basket. Only then will you be able to help him recognize his wrongdoings. Soon after that you can then guide him towards salvation. We are in this world to save souls not money!!!!

I'm a former Amish an the Amish won't sell anyting to me because I left so technically they're not selling to me because of my religion I want to sue all there businesses not because I want the money but to try to make sure that the next generation doesn't have to go through what we all do if they choose to leave that religion my hopes would be to keep fighting till they change there shunin rules This have been going on every since they came to America just curious if it would be right for a Christian to do something like that

Why is it evil to get 38,000.00 back that was accidentally taken from you and is the other parties insurance that pays? What they were doing wasnt evil though it was negligent and what we are doing about it isn't evil... we're going about it in a lawful way. It's not evil. It's the right way to go about it. I still love the kidney parties and hope they're saved or get saved but I don't think there's anything wrong with going about it legally. Evil is more like knowing and trying to wrong someone.
