Brady so great, nobody is comparing QB's to Montana, Elway, Marino, Manning, etc anymore. They're only comparing QB's to Brady now. When Brady was coming up and winning, people would always compare him to Montana or say he's not the best yet cause of XYZ old QB. Now, people like Mahomes and Josh Allen and Burrow skip all these other incredible QB's (like Montana and Bradshaw and Marino) and directly get compared to Tom. Let these guys make their path and win some more first before crowning them the best. But I guess, just like when MJ left, the league needs a new "it man" to be the face of the league.

This is the 1st time I feel like any show has nailed this topic. As a Bengals fan, this is the 1st time in my 40+ years of fandom that I feel like, no matter what the score, that this Bengals this team has a chance to really win. It’s belief! In the past, Palmer or Dalton, we hoped we might win. With Burrow, we’re surprised if we don’t win. He’s changed a whole city’s expectations. Last year the Bengals get to the SB with a flawed team but one that, if AD isn’t the monster he is 1 second from, Chase is Griddying into the end zone to win the Chip makes us believe anything is possible. Burrow is the difference between “hope” and “certainty.” Love the show!

Joe Burrow has definitely that Brady like "It" factor to elevate everybody and the whole organization but he also reminds me so very much of one #16 Joe "Cool" Montana, his style of accuracy, precision and the smarts but above all his coolness under pressure and even body types are so similar. And to me the Joe Montana comparison its quite the high praise because he accomplished so much in his career and I just hope our Joe Burrow can deliver us a Super Bowl Championship or who knows maybe more but he has already done so much for the Bengals and continues to keeping us relevant again so yes Joe its so incredibly special and us Bengals fans are so happy and thankful to have him. Yes Burrow's elevated that team and is clutch, but what Brady did is not going to be replicated for a very very long time because it's a team game. There are a lot of beneficial factors Brady had that definitely figured into those SB wins that likely will not align again (Brady is great is core piece of championships, but it's a team game), he's had consistently great defenses under great defensive coach ever, played for years in incompetent divisions, underrated great/clutch special teams players. Again all of this not to say Brady wasn't main factor, but supporting cast was also able to rise up to the moment when needed.
