Totally agree speaking from another tech in a vw dealership I’ve found in recent years the customers are getting worse with attitude towards people in the dealerships and the industry in general, I’ve also found that with vw themselves they are not helping with the newest products that they are bringing out with the lack of information about the newest generation of cars especially the golf 8, ID range and now the new Tiguan! It all can really put a damper on you just turning up for work!

@@TheVWMechanic_official bane of my life at the moment is constant postpone repairs and constant issues with software! 🤣 trying to tell a customer the juddering in first and second gear for the OC9 gearbox is a normal characteristic and just a comfort issue in there brand new car just makes you feel shit! 🙈

Hi bro i have polo tsi 1.0 (2020) model and it's user manual says i should put vw502 00/505 00 SAE 5W40 engine oil in it but here in India we are getting vw502 00/505 01 my question is that is that same engine oil grand because at last it shows 01 I'm really confused

Hey buddy 505 01 should only be used in diesel engines in the uk we would be using either 508/509 (0w20) or 502 (5w40)

Half the time it’s the service department not getting enough information from the customer. So you go back into the service department asking them to call the customer and ask for more information and you’re then the biggest ass hole and just being awkward for asking them for more information.
