is it ok to have fun?

This question is one I have been contemplating for a very long time. Especially as a Christian. To what extent are my actions doing good, bringing honor to God, and to what extent are my actions even good ones, solely for my own satisfaction and benefit? There is a balance in between but I guess we will never find it.

another common dilemma even in Buddhist teachings haha. Do we get away from society and spend our time meditating 24/7 or do we spend time helping others ease their suffering? I really don't know the answer but I think the idea is that the most "right" "Dutifull" action can look different depending on time-line. I support you in your journey for thoo

@@aadarshdevkota Thank you for the support 🙏. I wish you would walk with Christ with me! But fr though, consider Christianity, because while this is a “dilemma” for me it really shouldn’t be, it’s a result of my not fully trusting that Christ will complete his work in me and has the ability to steer my life in the correct direction. Dilemmas are usually typified by two decisions which seem equally wrong or unable to satisfy, and humans run into this all the time, and that’s the reason we need objectivity, which we ourselves (humans) cannot supply. There must be a being or force, above humanity, that can solve these dilemmas and provide objective truth. And I have found that in Jesus Christ. And it is truly beautiful. I would encourage you if you haven’t already explore the Christian faith, find answers to these monumental questions.
