Would love to see the trio of shebahn, ruesha and Dean (steph catley's fiance) doing a watchalong of the upcoming chelsea vs arsenal in America. I just think it will be a lot of fun conversations with Dean added

man, if Ruesha and Shebahn end up getting the Dean from the Matildas Disney series, he will end up revealing some wild stuff. 😆

I hope they don’t because he turned out to be a misogynist

@@RoseeO. you mean transphobe, right?? I heard he said something about that issue on Twitter but since deleted it. I'd be worried for Steph's safety if he is a misogynist.

Hello Shebahn and Ruesha. I always remember playing a rearranged fixture on a Sunday morning at the game I played and not getting going. My captain, a county player, just looked at me in a disapproving way and pretended to rip up my score card. I think I won every point after that. Previously, his father had spent five minutes explaining how to win, without being so skilled, but by outthinking opponents. A wise word can be worth more than hours of shouting. I am looking forward to some competitive football this new season.

Captain for the Canadian team, Jessie Fleming, left as well. She went to Portland.

I thought the belly of this video was really good convo. I’d add there’s so many different variables-race, gender, power dynamics. In sport it’s exaggerated caz it *is* that serious. I don’t know if “softer” is the right word for ppl these days, but I do like that we’re at least trying to be conscious of how we speak to each other. Language is powerful.

It's called workplace harassment and it's illegal in lots of settings. Have you not read the report into harassment etc in the NWSL and the toxic environment players had to put up with, having no avenue for redress?
@caroljacobsen35962 ай бұрын
Workplace harassment is relatively new, it is significant in sport, and women’s professional football in particular. Some (football) clubs have stronger policies with the instruments to implement.

This is to ruesha in the most recent, you talk about the gulf in quality in the SWPL & more so the 2 cheeks of the same arse in the old firm, & you’re saying they’ve got better finances than others in the league…. It’s going the exact same way as the men’s league…. Same boring shite year in year out … what do you propose the women’s league can do different to the men’s league… disregarding finances ??
