Jesse, always remember that it's only a major issue if you can't fix it. And that back panel for the sleeper is fixable. And it's better to find that cab rot now, and not at a show. Love the idea of twin suicide sleeper doors. As always, love ya and will be watching updates every week. ❤️❤️❤️💋👍

I think the doors open suicide like a car would be awesome and hopefully you can get that aluminum panel in a couple days so you can get back on track I know that sucks that happened but you got to think that Pete is the same age as me and you so yeah I think it was time for a new piece of aluminum it'll take a couple days but you'll be on track shortly. Just try not to get overwhelmed it will come together just stay calm. Lee and Jessie❤💯👍 Keep On Keepin On love the test panel on the new paint that is freaking awesome

Hey good lookin. So the aluminum rivets you need the rounded air hammer bit to buck the rivets. So they make rivet bits for air hammers you just need to know what size. Then you use the air hammer on the outside on the rounded head with the special rivet bit and a body shop dolly like a shrinking dolly or a utility dolly or a double ended dolly on the inside to flatten the rivet to hold the panels. So there you go. That’s how you keep the rivet heads round you get the right rivet bit for your air hammer for the size rivets your using. Oh make sure to keep the air hammer straight and square on the rivet or it will deform them. I recommend some practice

lee wasnt phased in the least by replacing that rear panel. this is years and years of doing this work coming through. between his knowledge of how to do it , your ability to cut it and the two of you putting it all together, there isnt an obstacle you cant over come.

You can make that panel easily I had my suicide door panels made cause I didn't want any outside door handles and that window in that bunk door has to go and I agree suicide the bunk doors.
