Hello sir, I’m from Bangladesh and recently in our country, there has been so many issues where the oppressing leaders are torturing our students. Our prime minister and the team is using methods to stop our protest against the wrong government laws. Our students are unsafe and being killed and no protection is here as the police and every armed man who are supposed to defend us are using their power against us. Many Students have been killed brutally and arrested with stupid reasons. Please pray for our country and for our justice. #savebangladesh #save_bangladeshi_students

Good for you! For me I had no choice but to take music lesson in primary and secondary school as there is no such thing as replacing it with other subjects (just for like an hour per week) but I wasn't ever interested in that subject. My friend thought I was weird as I hated music lessons and music in general but who cares.

@@taranamahbuba8234 As they should. Listen mate, I am a Muslim too. When I did my own research about Islam, it fell apart. Add up the numbers and it doesn't make sense. Assim is an extreme scholar with no respect for women or western law. If you live in the west, everybody has rights and your children have a right to an education and they can call the police and social services against you, regardless of your backwards 7th century views. Sahih al-Bukhari 5590 Narrated Abu 'Amir or Abu Malik Al-Ash'ari: that he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "From among my followers there will be some people who will consider illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, the drinking of alcoholic drinks and the use of musical instruments, as lawful. And there will be some people who will stay near the side of a mountain and in the evening their shepherd will come to them with their sheep and ask them for something, but they will say to him, 'Return to us tomorrow.' The Four School Of Thoughts Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali. All Agreed The Fact That Music Is haram even if they didn't The Statement of the prophet Cleary Contradicts them. Just To Rub it in The school of Thoughts Also Agreed that Sahih al Bukhari Has No Weak Or False Hadiths in it.

Music is not haram in Islam. I know majority say is it haram but they don't have an evidence to prove. What they use is the weak hadith of Sahih al Bukhari 5590. Also, I remember Shaykh Assim said in one of his videos that music is haram and hadith is authentic and in another video when he was asked about one of the narrators of the same Hadith, he said he doesn't know anything about that narrator. He also said he doesn't even know if that person is the narrator of the haidth or not. Now imagine, he claims that the hadith of Bukhari 5590 is authentic but he doesn't know about the narrators of the same hadith. Then how come he says it is authentic. I tell you because majority has said, because Shaykh Albani has said. And for many muslims today, Shaykh Albani is like a Prophet meaning many muslims take the hadith grading of Shaykh Albani like the wordings of Prophet. Shaykh should not say this hadith is authentic or this one is weak unless he has done his own research.
@iconic4102 ай бұрын
It's "muallaq" not weak. Sheikh Assim also says in another video to the people who say "Who is Sheikh al Albani to grade hadiths?": "Who are you?", as in who are you compared to this scholar, one of the greats of the 20th century. Brother, there is ijma (scholarly consensus) that all music instruments are haram, so for you to think you know better than all the scholars over 1400 years; this is pure arrogance and ignorance. I suggest you repent for slandering Sheikh Assim and Sheikh al-Albani and delete this comment. Here is also some evidence regarding why music is haram, taken from the website, islamqa info: Allah says in Surah Luqman (interpretation of the meaning): “And of mankind is he who purchases idle talks (i.e. music, singing) to mislead (men) from the path of Allah…” [Luqman 31:6] The scholar of the ummah, Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: this means singing . Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said: this means playing the drum (tabl). (Tafsir al-Tabari, 21/40) Al-Hasan al-Basri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: this ayah was revealed concerning singing and musical instruments (lit. woodwind instruments). (Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 3/451) The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Among my ummah there will certainly be people who permit zina, silk, alcohol and musical instruments…” (Narrated by al-Bukhari ta’liqan, no. 5590; narrated as mawsul by al-Tabarani and al-Bayhaqi. See al-Silsilah al-Sahihah by al-Albani, 91) Ibn al-Qayyim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: This is a sahih hadith narrated by al-Bukhari in his Saheeh, where he quoted it as evidence and stated that it is mu’allaq and majzum. He said: Chapter on what was narrated concerning those who permit alcohol and call it by another name. This hadith indicates in two ways that musical instruments and enjoyment of listening to music are haram. The first is the fact that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “[they] permit” which clearly indicates that the things mentioned, including musical instruments, are haram according to shari’ah, but those people will permit them. The second is the fact that musical instruments are mentioned alongside things which are definitely known to be haram, i.e., zina and alcohol: if they (musical instruments) were not haram, why would they be mentioned alongside these things? (adapted from al-Silsilah al-Sahihah by al-Albani, 1/140-141) Shaykh al-Islam (Ibn Taymiyah) (may Allah have mercy on him) said: This hadith indicates that ma’azif are haram, and ma’azif means musical instruments according to the scholars of (Arabic) language. This word includes all such instruments. (al-Majmu’, 11/535).

@@iconic410the hadith is weak. Here are the reasons. Hisham bin Ammar is a weak narrator. Another weak narrator is Attiya bin Qays. Two weak narrators in a single hadith. One is sufficient to declare a hadith weak. Those who say it is authentic mainly focus on mullaq thing. They try their best to prove it is connected not disconnected. Like I read Shaykh Albani's complete research on this topic and there he has tried his best to prove that it is connected. He didn't prove that all the narrators are authentic. Also, Islamqa arguments are weak. Quranic ayah doesn't mention anything about music.
