It was not mentioned in the episode. But in the manga, Sakamoto debuts his slim form sooner than in his duel with Boiled. Sakamoto states that he becomes skinny again after burning through his calories when fighting.

There, it's admittedly a peek at it, not a full reveal. There were a couple of chapters largely skipped in this. Chapter 2 (which episode 2 takes the beginning from before skipping to chapter 4 stuff) had Sakamoto stopping a bus with a stop sign, with the chapter after involving a female cop trying to hunt him down for misguided reasons (though, since he was using a mask during the previous chapter's events, she can't properly ID him). She ends up getting in trouble, leading to Sakamoto and Shin intervening and rescuing her from some gang members, with the girl blindfolded until the end. She still can't ID Sakamoto after, though, since he's gotten slim due to the calories burned during the fight (only for him to end up packing them back on after they return to the store).
