​@@AjayKumar-r2n6d your experience will matter. You will get salary hike plus SDE role. It's not much late yet. I've seen people starting their career at an age of 26,28 also. And they are doing good. Smoot transion is possible.

Great video, as usual. One concern I have is that some companies use developers to do the testing, and they don't hire any QA resources. Maybe developers learn automation tools, not sure.
