Hello Sir, my reason to switch profile is because of respect. Most of the time software tester doesn't get that respect compare to other profile. It's not about money every time.

Great video, as usual. One concern I have is that some companies use developers to do the testing, and they don't hire any QA resources. Maybe developers learn automation tools, not sure.
