This was great Geoff! You clearly showed the options available (one size does "not" fit all), so the average guy can make a wise plan to keep in shape and still prioritize the important things in life.

Thank you for yet another great video! Question on technique. I notice when you do double kettlebell cleans, your thumbs are pointed "out" and I've seen and read other coaches who have their thumbs pointed "in." Can you discuss any pros/cons to doing it one way or the other, or why you clean he way you clean? Thank you.

I love option 5 after listening to Andy galpin/huberman interview. Pat MacNamara also has a great take to option 5. But doing it all with KBs makes them even more funzo.

Geoff - worth covering your Kettlebell Muscle program- I did it back in the day - mid 2000’s it was incredibly effective
