Is it really illegal to install Fog lamps on bikes for safety concern ?

Totally agree as i own xpulse 200 4v (old model) the headlights are as good as nothing. In daytime its brighter than the sunlight but in nighttime it can’t even light up two lanes properly 😢Using HJG foglights for safety purposes during night travels.
