I've first hand experience of tata. I booked a harrier xz last year, when the delivery date came and we went for PDI, it had many many issues. The plastic panels in the driver door had a gap, there were many panel gaps on the exterior, the steering was misaligned, and the touchscreen was very slow. I booked the harrier on advice of my uncle who had a harrier aswell. While knowing about the shite After sales of tata, i like the harrier and went for it. I rejected the car and bought a scorpio n Z8 4wd which has no issues so far with almost 25k kms now. I think it's better to avoid tata unless they improve their fit and finish and AFTER SALES SERVICE. I've seen tons of complaints regarding the after sales and unprofessional nature of tata showrooms and service centers

Its not the price of brake pad that cost u alot but the reason is we need to check our car evrytime and before its too late go to the service centre and not only that tata motors and others cars company apart from maruti its not easy to go any workshop and make ur car that is the problem of another cars compaony.

Tata Motors after sale service gots lot of complain from All over India.... I see Nissan has one of the best Service coz I've visited almoat all Service centre... From Hyudai to Maruti to Ford to Mahindra to tata and lastly Nissan Nissan : 4.5 Stars Ford: 4 Stars Mahindra : 3 star Hyundai: 2 Stars Maruti : 2 Star Tata : 0.5 Star... My nexon bonnet was crashed and waited for the one almost 2 months and received a very bad ones again had to wait for another 2 months and received the defect product.
