@@itskingpius why should you still keep a relationship with your Ex even while you are married to another. It doesn't make sense. You would definitely compare at some point. Maybe your ex buys you gifts to apologize when he/she wrongs you and your hubby/wife doesn't really have that time. Or let's say, your Ex is more intelligent than your man/woman or maybe your spouse is not a great cook....... This is my opinion.

@@milleyaustin I did not say to frolic with your EX nau, or even accept apologies, it is the idea, to sever any connection with them that i find to be negative what kind of person does that make you. If you cant continue with your life without deliberately and consciously refusing to be part of your ex's life, you already are!!! and if you think you need to run then you still have unfinished business.... get over the cliché of hating your ex or wishing them bad or ill fate ...

You don't measure the time you use to boil rice with the time you use to cook beans. Everything should be tested with time and peace of mind, especially when you need God's confirmation. And as for you being in the same space with your ex, the whys matters alot. If the reason why you broke up with your ex in the first place is irreparable, then play not with it but move on... But you see malice? That's a no no for a Christian.
