Very concise information. Came to Pakistan from Switzerland and going to Canada in Feb 2022 - but prefer to stay in Pakistan and grow business here :) Your advices came just in time. Rule of thumb, whenever ordinary / irrelevant / overseas people start thinking about buying property fast, it is a clear sign of "Hype", the actual time was 2-3 years ago, but because we're not real estate related, we heard the news too late.
