The idea of having "mastered infinity" was one of the pivots by which European science turned towards athiesm. It is still taught as "going on forever" and that we can calculate finite results from that. However, only Allah is infinite. Taking one of His names and splitting it amongst his creation as an attribute is definitely shirk. There is a way to think of infinity as the limit of distinguishability (avoiding shirk), but that is not how it is taught or thought of. #2 "fundamental particles" (and space-time) are considered to exist independently, with no dependency on anything else. Only Allah is independent. #3 Allah knows best. If we think we understand everything about water because it "is H2O", we deny there is always more that we do not know. In fact, we can only have "complete" knowledge of abstract concepts we define such as a triangle - not of anything Allah created. There is a lot more, but that's a good start to chew on. I've been working on some materials to teach physics, maths, etc. in a manner which completely avoids shirk (not even getting close to it). It's quite possible, but it does require thinking about things differently. I believe the elements of shirk are precisely the elements which are preventing (re)unifying physics.

@CrimsonBasement ya just remember it’s just whispers. So just make wudu one time and pray and that’s it. Inshallah your prayer is accepted. When you clean yourself, just clean normally, wipe, and that’s it. If you feel something just ignore it. The cure to whispers is just ignoring. Just do that for couple weeks and it’ll go away. I still get whispers but I just ignore and Alhumdullilah it goes away. You just have to ignore. The reason why we get these thoughts is because our Iman is really strong. And shaytaan sees that we’re on the right path. But yh just simply ignore. That’s the solution. Just think about it, how can it be from the deen that we make wudu 4 times, that would be illogical. And it is illogical to do that. So just carry on and like I said do it for couple weeks. Inshallah train your mind to ignore the devil, and eventually inshallah you’ll be free. Hope this helps. And remember if you’re doing your best and somehow it was wrong, inshallah Allah won’t hold you to account because you did what’s humanly possible. And think about prophet pbuh and the sahabah. They loved the deen more than us. They never made wudu 4 times. So yh that should help.
