Cato Pastoll, co-founder and CEO of cross-border business Lending Loop, says the financial impact of U.S. tariffs on Canada for consumers and small businesses will be ‘almost immediate.’ Pastoll adds that retaliatory tariffs might make things worse for the economy and the priority should be striking a deal.
