This is the first PGA Championship I can remember that actually enjoyed. It’s been 4th on the list forever. This year’s tournament was already better than the Masters. We shall see how it stacks up against the Open and the US Open this year.

To me, the PGA champ. should be golf’s other international major. If they want to “grow the game” use this as an opportunity to showcase all the unbelievable courses around the world, not just USA and UK. It would also give the tournament some “identity” for fans to attach to

For my European friends: some rather speculative, but reasonable given how things work here in the USA, musings about the ridiculous Fri. morning Scheffler was subjected to... 1. That cop knew quite well who he was harassing; perhaps not Scottie per se, but they were clearly marked courtesy cars. 2. Once he realized he was dealing with a 'big fish,' the aging detective formed a plan and spring into action. Proceeds to turn off body cam... 3. As is LPD common practice (esp. with folks of color), began screaming contradictory and unreasonable commands through closed windows. 4. Feigned 'attaching himself to vehicle' (rather ridiculous move that goes against reason and training) 5. Feigns falling down ('flopped' in NBA parlance). Soils himself...hence, the '$80 pants damaged beyond repair'...vaguely documenting the 'poopy pants payout multiplier' which is common among American insurance procedures and civil penalties 6. Arrests SS forcefully, handing him over to colleagues and demands an ambulance and trip to ER 7. Speed-dials police union attache and legal council who"ll help him get administrative timeoff (with pay) and next steps with his big payout, civil trial, and early retirement. We are a litigious society...and this includes the 'few bad apples' that exist among those upholding thr thin blue line. Watch how this plays out: I'm confident events to come will prove me right. And though he probably won't, Scottie should file a civil case against this Barney Fife idiot. Once Sat. rolled around and he'd gone through the adrenaline dump, this overzealous idiot cost him millions.

I know you mention bryson 3d irons, well cobra has come out with a set for you to try Pete! Cobra is only sending out the 7iron (31°) but it would be cool for you to try and give your opinion. The irons are supposed to be players irons smaller then there tour but forgiving like a high handicap iron. You can review them on your other channel! Great stuff and always great hearing you and the guys opinions.

I know it's hard for courses to defend against these guys nowadays with how good they are, but I think a winner being double figures under par should be a big achievement in a major. Majors should be a test to truly see who is the best golfer. We see golfers go super low week in week out on tour, there aren't enough tournaments where pros have to really grind it out to be under par. That's what i think the majors should be. Also, have a touring major. 3 US majors is too many.

The PGA does know what it wants to be: long holes, narrow fairways, long thick rough, one of the best fields in golf. But beefing up the course doesn’t do anything when the greens are basically flat and thick rough is predictable. It becomes “hit the ball hard, chop out, make putts.” No creative shots, it’s easy for the top tier

If the PGA wanted to go global they should rotate the PGA Championship globally around different countries. The Masters = in the US, cannot move. The US Open = literally called "US", cannot move. So why does the USA need 3x majors on its soil? Move the PGA Champsionhip overseas

If one was blind, deaf, and dumb and maybe didn't recognize the monopoly the PGA had on world golf...1 country has 3 Majors!! The golfers of the rest of the world have to travel to America to compete in Majors against American golfers playing at home (America)...how can that be fair? We all know it's way easier to play at home than away from home... Each continent should have a Major and when golfers compete all over the world, then we can see who is genuinely the world's best golfer, not America's best golfer, or the best golfer playing mostly or exclusively in America. To prove my point, who is the best-ever golfer up to this date: Gary Jack Tiger Majors 9 (9 away) 18 (3 away) 15 (3 away) Snr Majors 9 8 - World Match Play 5 1 3 Australian Opens 7 6 - Brazilian Opens 1 - - South African Opens 13 - - Total Tournaments Won 165 117 110 Consecutive years with a tournament win 27 years 24 years 18 years

I am not a fan of the LIV product for many reasons, but the Adelaide is an example of its potential if dont right and I would perhaps suggest analysing its impact in a few years time. Because, there are parts of the world that are hungry for professional golf and local tours can feed off that. I think their is potential in the global game. If LIV forecast and deliver to the right audience, it could have something. But its dogshit format, needs to change and appeal. @@spjm17

If Valhalla was dried out since, let's just say the prior tuesday or even wednesday, the winning score might have been roughly half at about 10 under or less.. It's a great course, and I don't think it deserves all the crap it's taking just on account of weather. And in the end, it produced an intense leaderboard and a great finish down to the last putt. I think the narrative that the course is to blame for ANYthing (other than traffic) is objectively false.

The PGA has always been a little boring and the least "fun" of the majors, but so far it was the best one. I watched a lot more than the masters and when I think back, really it's more the build up to the masters that's the fun part. It's the first major and the season in Denmark is just beginning, but when I watch it, it's always just meh. PGA was awesome and definitely moved up a spot imo.

the amount of casual golf fans saying this was a great major is astonishing. Valhalla is not a great major track, easy birdie fest that had little to no punishment for hitting off shots. @@thewaygokid3135 its simply, the US should have only one major, golf is a global sport, not that the USGA thinks that. THE PGA of America try and steal the Worlds best golfers believing they are omni powerful, LIV are changing that dynamic. The major manufacturers are recognising that golf exists outside the US, the immediate growth is ASIA, but Africa is also catching up. Europe and Australia have been treated appallingly by the US PGA, but that dynamic is also changing. So if the US Open is to be a Major, The Masters loses its spot, Golf takes its choice.
