I have to say I watch one Liv golf tournament and I have to say as a 40 year golf coverage follower, I think it would get more followers going forward with the format. Only time will tell and history from other sports would suggest that it would.

I also watched a documentary about Augusta. The whole course has pipes underneath that they run all the camera cables and such so that there are zero signs of the TV cameras. They basically camouflage the TV towers so you barely notice them. I was highly impressed by how picky they are, but definitely wouldn’t want to work there! Lol

I really feel sorry for you UK golfers. My golf course is in the middle of town and the first tee is 700 meters from my home. Oh, if it isn't raining buckets the course is always open and it's a challenging hidden gem. Best comp fees as well.

What you are suggesting is a kind of separation anxiety when you are without your phones, which seems so foreign to me - especially from this generation who feels so disconnected to the world without technology. I am in my 50's, and I often go the entire day without checking my phone. The only reason I carry mine is because society dictates we must be available 24 hours a day. I really miss the days of having a land line - checking my messages on a voice recorder and then having the freedom to decide whether to call someone back - or not.

48:55 USA has all kinds of cheese, anything from cheap to imported expensive. I’ve bought UK cheddar cheddar and lemon infused Stilton in the past. We have it all! Sad to hear the masters pimento cheese may be on the cheap end.

Stats guy didn't know Cam has won on LIV already, helps if your going to be stat guy to actually know the stats before shitting on the Open Champ. P.S 15 of the 18 players are in the top 54 after the first round at +2. 6 of them are under par, and one of them is joint leader. So it looks like they can compete just fine, which is exactly what they did at Wentworth last year and earlier this year when Reed who's not been playing well almost beat Rory.

Amen on the cheese. We Americans suffer from the FDA - a bunch of Yankee slug bureaucrats who believer a McDonalds hamburger is haute cuisine and approve something called "processed cheese food" for human consumption that probably kills buzzards when they eat it. There are days when I really, truly, miss a good Stilton or sharp Cheddar on a biscuit. Don't miss anything else you folks eat, but the cheeses!!!

Rory is a great player. Having watched him play for years, he just makes too many mental errors. At Augusta you just cannot get away with those mental mistakes where other courses you can. IF Rory can make it thru 4 rounds without those mistakes he can win. We will see. I want to see DJ win it!

Come on guys Cam Smith hasn't just had top 20s he won a LIV tournament and then a DP world tour event. DJ won a LIV event and lead won the most prize money last season. Lift your game on the coverage boys it's disappointing.

don't forget that a lot of your viewers like LIV GOLF and a lot of the talent there. It is just another golf tour, what is the difference between LIV and DP and Asian tour and Australasian Tour etc. They have a cool format with shotgun start, only 3 days which is better for players and fans and they are playing all around the world to promote golf in countries that have never had pros play there. lol, Pete Finch slamming on Cam Smith, he won The Players and The Open last year and won a LIV event on his 2nd start......the LIV players are working hard, how can you say they aren't working and practicing as much, Brooks Koepka and many others are working as hard as ever. LIV has deeper fields than the majority of the PGA Tour events. Average PGA tour event doesn't have more then 5 top 75 players in OWGR. Now you bash Greg Norman, he is an absolute BEAST of a business man for well over 30 years , huge success in many different markets and a tremendous entrepreneur, negotiator and Hall of Fame golfer who travelled and played golf all over the world only 2nd to Gary Player's world golf travels. This podcast was a 'train wreck' for your reputation and I always watch your channel and podcasts but I am going to have to reconsider future viewing, lost a lot of respect for you boys today. Rick Shiels is doing the same thing by bashing LIV golf and that is a BAD LOOK FOR HIM TOO

Rory will NEVER WIN THE MASTERS, he is not a good enough putter and his short game isn't good enough and he has the GHOSTS from his 2011 back nine abysmal collapse and he blew a lead at The Open last year and can't close a major anymore because of the demons from past failures in his head
