I like the way you edited this video. Instead of a traditional interview style, split screen with you asking a question and him answering; rather you acted as more of a narrator of the interview, telling us what you asked and why and then showing clips of his answers. I find it less boring and refreshing. The insulation of graphics helped also. Great job and I love the channel!

Interesting, I respect where Bill is coming from considering where he is in life, but I still think for the young folks, stocks offer the best bang for buck regardless of inflationary environment in the long run.

I agree! I haven't changed my portfolio to anything like this, so I'm aligned with you here :)

@MoneywithKatie I'm much older than you (but younger than Bill) and set to retire early in the next year. I'm keeping 65-70% in stock index ETFs and have moved some of that 30-35% away from bonds and into a ladder CD and will ride the higher interest wave as long as its around. In the 80's I was taking my babysitting money and putting it into CD's paying around 15% (yup 15%!). Made that money stretch and help pay for college tuition.

Dave Ramsey says 8% is a "safe" withdrawal rate...BWAAAHHHAAAHH!. Obviously he is an entertainer, not a fiduciary. Ramsey in general has good points (and you better if you have millions of followers), but when he screws up, it's BIG.
