Is it too late to start HRT?

Is it too late to start Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)?
its never too late to start systemic or localised #HRT.
There is no one size fits all & every woman needs a risk vs benefits assessment to find the right type and dose.
If you have a womb & are postmenopausal then within the first 3-6mths you could get vaginal bleed once you start #HRT - pls do not panic - we just need to review the dose, investigate the cause & the bleeding does settle
