Wow he is exactly right. I have been looking into film and cinematography. KZbin has a lot of great information scattered all over the place. More, even when you subscribe to someone's channel they are only giving you snippets of information and/or a overview of what it takes. That's why I am trying to get into Full Sail University myself.

Same. Although, it's online courses that I'm taking. I've been trying to take Animation from other sources but there wasn't any where I'm at. Until I've heard of Full Sail University's Promotion via a certain Wisecrack video.

I’m in Full Sail too, studying in online classes. This is my 11th month, I started back in January of this year and I’m in Game Design for the Associate’s Degree program and expected to graduate in September 2025. After that, I’ll start the Bachelor’s Degree program and graduate in May 2026.

I applied for online since it is expensive to move out to florida from new york. I'm going for Game art because I have some knowledge in 3D Modeling but I want to learn professionally and like you said having a structure. The Internet is a good place to search for the material you want to learn but one thing it lacks is guidance really. I am nervous but I feel ready to move forward in my life after a long break since i graduated high school in 2016. I am looking forward to when I start my classes in october!

It's very interesting seeing someone in the same boat as me, kinda. I joined the Air force specifically so I could get the GI Bill and pay for the tuition for full sail. Would you have any advice, as someone who did exactly that? Especially with how Full sail's programs (Mainly with their accelerated stuff) interacted with your gi bill? I still got a couple years, I just was not expecting to see someone who did the same thing that I am attempting to lay out for myself

It's awesome that you are both going to the military and Full Sail! What would you major in, and what career would you want to do you the Airforce? I went into the military specifically for college but ended up staying in for the long haul for various reasons. Taking advantage of the benefits in the military is definitely a must. If you decide to stay in, that would be good. If not, it would still be good as long as you have a plan. I would say, however, don't expect to get enrolled into Full Sail right away when you get in because you would have to complete training and learn your job first. I would say it would be about a yr or more after joining and going to bmt before you are able to do school. But if that's what you really want to do, by all means, go ahead! I wish you the best 🙌🏾

Thanks for the comment! I'm currently still in the military so I didn't get that. I want to say yes because you are going to school but don't quote me on that. You should talk to finance or the education office.
