My PB Outlet in AZ isn't always cheaper than online sale prices. We do get matching sets, and lots of the furniture can be damaged. Some of worth living with for the price, and others are an obvious pass. Not everything is in bins, and lots are still packaged in the original box. Know names of lighting, etc. You want or keep your phone out to search. No returns buyer beware.

Pottery barn outlet in the Dallas area is a no for me. The most they reduce the furniture is 60%. They had a navy couch for over a year & would not budge on the price. It was a blessing in disguise. Now Crate and barrel discounts their furniture 50% & each week the is reduced another 10% until it's 80 % off. I got a $2000.00 for $400.00. I bought 2 West elm in the box marble pillar lamp bases for $20.00 each on marketplace. I enjoy your videos. Thanks

Yes! Videos are helpful because we all need to learn how to shop. Prices are crazy now. Thrift stores have gone crazy. I heard debate this week that thrift stores have raised their prices because of those who purchase to flip. I don't know if true or not. I do know when I have been to three thrift stores where the thrift price is more than the retail store and/or they will put a higher price than the sticker price from the store. So, we all need to learn how to shop everywhere.

Not a pottery barn fan as we don’t have one locally. I’m elderly so I tend to shop only in my hometown or online. You’re younger and like more trendy styles. I like a more maximalist traditional style. I love jewel tones. We have Homegoods, but have lost our Bed Bath and Beyond. Amazon has killed so many of our favorite stores. We lost Tuesday Morning, a huge favorite as well as Pier One. Choices are very limited. I don’t try to change up my home at this age, but really enjoy watching younger girls break into styling their homes. It’s wonderful to see your joy in exploration and discovering your personal style aesthetic. Very precious. When you get a good deal I rejoice with you. You’re not afraid of trying and retrying something. It’s just fun to watch.

We lost our Pier One recently too! I also really like jewel tones, soon I want to incorporate a deep raspberry color since I have a few pieces already, maybe after the holidays. My nearest Pottery Barn is about 50 miles, a total round trip of 100 miles. I did the trip once and to be honest, if I factor in the cost of gas, wear and tear of the car driving there it can be for the same price as retail or in the clearance/ outlet section on the website.

Hi barb! There was one in Alameda but I think it closed. There is another Pottery Barn Outlet in Vacaville (among others) and some other homeware stores in Livermore. If you are outside of California then I’m not sure but I’m sure a quick Google search will point you the right way to the closest one near you! Thank you for watching 😊

I’m telling myself you held up those Parker king shams for me ;) Those are the ones I told you about that I got in the khaki and the beige. They are expensive and were at least 50% off on the ones you held up. I will see if we have an outlet so I can get more!

Amazingly, my nearest PB Outlet is about 40 mi away. Which amazes me because in Northern VA, we have just about EVERY retailer! We do have an RH outlet though! Again, I marvel at your patience at sourcing things on your terms! Has been good for me to witness because all too often, I just find and buy something then later feel like it still wasn’t what I wanted. This method of “slow decorating” (ripped off the term from slow travel) is better. Good things come to those who wait!

40 miles is a drive! Like some people mentioned in other comments and like I saw with that marble lamp when I went, certain things aren’t always “the best deal” and there can be the same or worse prices than in-store or online clearance! I’ve also had great luck at the regular PB store in the clearance section too 🙌🏽 I hope you are having a great week Jana! I also use the term “slow decorating/slow interior design”! Adopted from “slow fashion”, I hadn’t heard of “slow travel” before!

Agreed on the better pricing can sometimes be in the regular store. No matter the price break, none of the prices in the RH outlet were 'good deals'! That place was a disappointment.
